What is Boracay Newcoast?

~ Boracay Newcoast is an integrated estate
with world-class resort offering. It is the only
master-planned leisure oriented community
in Boracay. Situated northeast of the island,
it is fresh tourism inspired developments
that will help Boracay attract more tourists
and investors over the long-term.

~ Located on the single largest piece of
